Our policy on returns, refunds, damages, and cancellations.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Libronauts book. If something shows up wrong, damaged, or not as expected, we’ll make it right.
That said: many of our items are made-to-order, which means we can’t always accept returns just because someone changed their mind (or because Mercury is in retrograde).
Returns
Because most Libronauts products are printed or produced specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong design)
If something’s off, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we review your request, we’ll determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is the best solution.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a carrier delay occurs.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item qualifies, we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but it didn’t arrive, please check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors, etc.). Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a little early, and they show up shortly after.
If it still can’t be located, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
And yes… we know. Porch pirates are real. They are fast. They are shameless. They probably own three scooters.
While we can’t guarantee replacements for stolen packages, please reach out anyway—we’ll do our best to help you explore options and find a solution when possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may not be possible.
