Delivery Policy
We work hard to get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible. That said, shipping is a magical partnership between us, cardboard, and a delivery carrier who may or may not have had coffee yet.
Shipping & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If something in your order is temporarily unavailable, we may ship the available items first and send the rest as soon as they’re ready.
In other words: you won’t lose your order—we’ll just split it up if we have to.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on: • your location • the shipping method you choose • carrier delays (weather, holidays, chaos, etc.) • the size or quantity of your order
Sometimes orders arrive in multiple shipments. That’s normal, even if it feels like your package is doing a dramatic multi-episode release.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the carrier takes the scenic route.
Additional shipping charges may apply for certain regions or oversized orders. If that happens, we’ll contact you before shipping.
Taxes & Duties
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, VAT, import duties, or other charges required for delivery in your region.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. Photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) help a lot.
